Which episode had the Dalek being cut with a tin can opener thing? And what was the one where Tom Baker sat in a cinema, and a hand popped up giving him a letter from the Brigadier. Was that a trailer?

No episode has a Dalek being opened with a tin opener. The scene with Tom Baker in a cinema was an edition of 'Disney Time' that he presented - leading neatly into 'Terror of the Zygons'.

But I'm sure there was some episode, because it was recounted by an Irish Independent newspaper journalist in Weekend Magazine, APril 30 2005. And there was a Pertwee episode with a blond girl at the end saying 'Well Done?'
