The h2g2 Poem

Democracy, Democracy

Democracy, democracy,

No good thing democracy.

Letting the activists decide who should lead. Disastrous

Our vote you see, just the MPs

Now that is true democracy.

Let us decide, for if we lose our salary that's disastrous.

One fifty thousand voices they are nothing to our desire for power.

We weald the knives for all of our long nights.

We plot in darkness, whisper plans and make the leader cower.

Each of us has his position in our sight.

Democracy, democracy

Fifteen's a nice majority.

Don't mention only ninety ousted him; that's our democracy.

The quiet man, the quiet man,

Is silenced by his rebel band.

We need one man. Is Schwarzenegger free?
