I punched some of these in here at work last week. Mostly 5318, 5320 and 5502. Probably will confuse the hell out of the telephony dept here.
I have also started distributing this list around the call centre, to people I think could need it. Works wonders.

I'll inform you when he's up and about the Guide, Babel. He wanted to get some pointers about how to set up his user page, so we'll be dealing with that in a little while.

I could easily include a couple of other codes in that list, but soince I blatantly stole it from my TL's "Office Quotes" calendar, I didn't think I should add or remove anything from it. But if you can come up with any new codes that would suit the list, then please be my guest to post them here.
