A weed is just a plant in the wrong place

The estate management company have dug up all my chilli pepper seedlings. Presumably they didn't recognise them?
The did leave the tomatoes though - probably because they have grown so much that you'd need a chainsaw to get rid of them

Oh dear that is bad news. You'll just have to keep them in pots on the windowsills instead. Our chilli plant this year has been grand - lots of tiny chillis that are firey and the first of the long sweet peppers are starting to turn from green to purple (perhaps they've just been hanging round too long ).

I have been very unlucky with chilli plants - all though all this bad luck does stem from moving them outside. The first lot were eaten by snails (presumably on their way back from the pub) and now this lot were grubbed up by an overenthusiatsic gardener....
I think I will plant the bamboo outside to fill the space - I'm pretty sure the local panda population isn't going to find them....

Considering you're working from home atm, you should have spotted the grubbers up.Can we trust you to keep an eye on what ic supposed to be lucky bamboo? (because it's twisted ) I've had some indoors since you last visited and it's grown about a foot. So I've started some more - also growing just in water - in the office

My "office" is upstairs (to lessen my commute time and keep the temptation of the goggle box away) so I didn't see the offence - only the aftermath.
Key: Complain about this post
