and didnt feel like surfing so now I'm on the road to recovery....sort of

Seriously, I dropped in because we haven't seen you around, not even on the Bad Poetry thread. I realise we're never/hardly ever on the same threads anyway, and that that's most of the reason, but I didn't realise you were ill as well. Hope you're much better/much better soon.

that bit about man flu was 5 weeks ago

at the moment i am on my week off and dont get to go on hootoo much

wife and kids and all that, been a bit of a busy week

will be on every night all night from tuesday

This is true -

I'd just had a bath and my glasses were steamed up because

(a) I'd left them in the bathroom
(b) I actually thought they were clearer than they were after I'd 'cleaned' them. Hard to explain this, but it can happen when there's nothing to compare them with.

So I thought it was 3 weeks, not 5. It might seem a bit daft talking about it at 3 weeks, let alone 5! But it might have become something horrid by now so I had to ask.

Not nagging, just showing concern for a new (especially for a new) friend.
