Well, well, well! A3213064 made it. My second in a fortnight, following hard on the heels of A3100168.
It almost makes up for still having a chest infection, 10 days into my cold (splutter, splutter). And conjunctivitis too, which makes me feel like I've been kicked in the eye.

It's VERY good, Ed! i actually saw it last night, but was exhausted after spending several hours trying to help someone in the "down" stage.
Interesting you mention the fish oils, i have another friend who has just tried this & she says the difference is incredible, she certainly seems a lot more stable right now.
*Maybe i could get the other friend to try it? He's very sceptical though about this sort of thing*

I'm sceptical about 'that sort of thing' also (where 'that sort of thing' = reiki, shiatsu, crystals, etc) - but there's some good science to back fish oils up.
