is really starting to annoy me. I have 2 and i have a mouse and a keyboard plugged in so i can' plug my memory stick in without unplugging one which make life difficult.

and i refuse to by a hub when i plan to build a new pooter roughly sometime after December. damn you h* for making useless laptops!!!

thats quite poor, mine has four and my dads has three at least

the only ports on this laptop are the 2 usb, speaker and microphone jack, vga, Ethernet and the smaller one (can't remember name)

and the speakers are making crackling/static noises that are annoying me as well.

this laptop hates me

I too have only two, but mine's a laptop, so I need no keyboard cable. Technically, I don't need a mouse either, but I use the laptop touchpad as little as possible. (It can be handy when you want to click repeatedly in the same place on the screen: if you use the buttons, you can be sure it won't move.)

if i use the laptop keyboard i keep brushing the mouse pad with my arm and it ends up moving the mouse elsewhere on the screen. So i end up typing in a different place to where i wanted

Thats true. although it has to stay plugged in to work as the battery don't work properly.

same brand of laptop(I think) and same # of usb prots ... quite the pain ... luckily if it breaks the school give me a new one

tbh i'm quite surprised mine is lasting as well as it has, seeing as i treat it like a desktop. I do plan on getting a new computer about christmas though so this laptop can have a well earned break

I'd quite like a backlit keyboard for typing in the dark, but then i'd have 3 keyboards

now my keyboard is playing up. it refuses to type sometimes (this is an external keyboard). i should really try ir with my wireless keyboard but thats out of juice.
