Well, you say that, but I'm not so sure. The discussion would almost certainly be interesting - the introduction of rude words tends to make people respond in a heated manner! - so it wouldn't be boring. As for friendly, normally I would agree that rude words are unfriendly, but I get the feeling that Pingu didn't mean to offend anyone - he was merely trying to make the conversation more lively!
