bunnyfrog will never die

Today I was upset when a customer decided he knew better than me about what we had in stock and confused me into taking him into the warehouse. I narrowly averted a telling off because said customer shut the hell up for more than a minute and I patiently explained what we had out in the main bit was all we actually had despite whatever suppositions he had that we were somehow 'hiding' things from him. Its like we didnt want his money. I hate people like that.

Im just glad its only a temp job smiley - smiley

Bug - what happened to the 11th entry?? I eagerly await news!!!

I despise people who are rude to people who work in shops, restaurants etc. There is nothing more offensive to me than someone who does not even look at a waiter when he/she is serving them, as if they are not even there.

Manners - a lost art, but so important - they cost nowt!

Keep looking for that elusive writing job, Bug, you've plenty to say, and we all want to listen. Honestly!!!

Hehe, alas kitush there was not that much of a show. I got no sympathy from the other guys, they just shook their heads and stifled the giggles, blast them.

Thankyou the ever charming Loppy for your kind words, Ive been sending more letters out lately to get something fun. Never know, I may get a book out.
I was always somewhat puzzled by the 11th entry, it took a day to register that Id posted it, then nobody ever replied to it. Certainly its now in the listings on my space. Maybe Im victim of a rare hootoo illness! Keep back! *sneezes*

I always get bugged by people of either sex who get all upset and offednded because I hold the door open for them as I go through. Most people just give a slight nod of thanks and continue on their way, but theres some who are just like "What? You think I'm incapable??". Sigh. A topic for Ask methinks.

Strange. I love it when someone opens the door for me. Just common courtesy. I always hold the door open when I'm walking for those behind me as well.

I remember once in school a friend walked through some double doors and just let them shut. The person behind her was a teacher, and said teacher was annoyed about the doors being shut in her face, and she gave my a friend a long lecture on politeness and manners.....

Don't stop holding doors open for people! Those who get irritable - ignore 'em. They have no manners.

Mmm, you have just given me the idea to have a prepared speech ready for the irritable ones. I have a lovely set of things that really throw Jehovahs Witnesses, especially the ones that revel in misquoting the bible. My favourite is that Jesus already had his second coming in 1978 with a list of reasons to go with it.

What are the list of reasons? Jehovah witnesses dare not visit me. They obviously realise that I'm a heathen and will not mend my evil ways ever. MWUAHAHAHAHHA.

I had a lovely old JW called Bert who used to call on me regularly, and quote the Bible to me. I became more and more offensive to him, but he wold not leave me alone. He would give me his booklets, and I would lifty the lid of my recycling bin and drop them straight in while I was talking to him, and he still kept calling. In the end, I really upset him by telling him that I did not think it was a problem that the new Bishop of Reading was openly gay (because I really don't!) and t he said that with thoughts like that I was definitely going to Hell, and he has not been back. Shame!!

Looking forward to your list of reasons, so I can quote them to the various God Botherers that keep trying to convert me away from the ways of evil!!!!

The 2nd coming in 1968 because (from various sources):

Summer of Love, made a lot of people happy (and a lot of others bloody enraged sure, they may argue, but let us not forget the various wars going on in the year of Jesus's birth as well as all the happy people)

A certain film with Robin Williams in a hospital (might have been Patch Adams, but I hope it wasnt) is a true story which documents downright miracles that happened that year, people getting cured of all sorts of weird and wonderful illnesses. Indeed statistically the worldwide health rating that year shot up more steeply than any year previous. You can look it up.

As Robert Rankin points out (but dont tell them that bit) in the year 2000, Jesus would have been 32, the same age he was crucified. Many odd things happened round Xmas then also.

In 1968, Helen Keller died, America became somewhat disheartned with the war in Vietnam, there was a bloody great rebellion in France, and a certain Apollo 8 mission to the moon in december. If you care to open your bibles at the appropriate point, you would be damn amazed at the correlations you can make.
Also: Nostradamus.

I could go on, but Im not going to.
