Im still not feeling right. Ho hum.
Up early this morning working. Im out all day as need to be in Stirling early and then have a meeting tonight and am taking someone home from it in the other direction so Heaven knows what time I will be home
One more work thing to do now and then i will get dressed.

A long and hard day one way and another
home at 8.30 and bed soon after
I want to feel ok again
