ZAPPING MY PERSONAL SPACE

This is the second time in a week they've zapped my Space! I was here about 5 minutes ago, and everything was fine, then ZAP! Here's what it said:

This Personal Space Introduction has been hidden, because the rules about what can be included in your Introduction have changed slightly. To reactivate your Introduction it (which will make it appear immediately), simply click on the 'Edit Page' button, make any changes to ensure that your Introduction meets the new guidelines, and click on 'Update Introduction'. You can find out more about what's changed here.
So as I now understand it, they are "slightly changing" the rules every few days! 
This is starting to really p**s me off!

Well, I got an explanation, and I'm okay with it, I guess.
They keep checking a link on my page. It just might be easier to get rid of the link entirely, though. At least that way my page doesn't go down every couple of days.
