There is no option for voting for 'no candidate', sadly. However, it is possible to lodge a blank ballot. The law requires attendance at the polling place, and having one's name crossed off the electoral roll - but there's nothing to stop a person lodging a blank vote, or writing messages on the ballot. These votes are counted as 'informal', and not given to any candidate.
