Wahoo!
I have weightings! Which means I have results! Which means I can plot a point on a graph!
See! ->
Percentage correct: 97.22814498933901 for author 'charlotte'
Percentage correct: 97.9746835443038 for author 'anne'
Now I just have to figure out how to remove the attributes with the highest/lowest ratings! Sweet!
My datasets are getting massive though. Ah well. At least I still have a few tricks up my sleeve if I run out of memory.

Well that didn't last long; after a burst of coding I got stuck again.
At least my program outputs something interesting now.
... oh you ratfink pusmonkey...
I was testing the code on the entire available library in the background as I was writing this to see if it could handle such a large dataset... I forgot to turn the debugging flag off, which means that it took ages to process and then wasn't outputting anything interesting anyway.
Let's try that again, shall we?
*checks output window*
Yes as I was saying, my code produces something interesting... now I just have to get it to produce a something interesting in four dimensions instead of three.
...Gee it's slow.
...
...I hope it's working...
...
*twiddles thumbs*
...
I still have to work out how I'm supposed to test one particular book against all of the models my program builds. Might have to go bug the lecturor again.
...
Wahoo! It's still working!
One author down, nine to go!

Where? The moo was all one word; the viewer doesn't let single words get broken up, so it changed the size of the page instead.
My PS has the same thing with a website address which is real long.
Yay! Eight authors down, one to go!
But since the lecturor is busy at the moment, I don't actually know what I'm supposed to do with the data I'm getting.
And I was too late for food; I keep forgetting everything at uni starts closing at four.
Ah well pizza for dinner tonight!
