Last night I managed to get to the cinema on their "indie" night (wednesdays, where each week they show a film that doesn't get national coverage... they've usually been out in big cities ages ago, but Cheltenham gets them once. Grr.) and went to see Ghost Dog - Way of the Samurai" [Broken link removed by Moderator]V. good - offbeat, contemplative, reflective, and very funny at times. I'd recommend it to anyone, I'm not going to go into one of my big movie spiels - just try and find it if you're after a contemporary-urban-samurai-hiphop-mafia-pigeon type film. Trust me!
