the company intranet had a long document about how the company was back in profitability but was going to reinvest all profits in long-term development or in other words 2nd year running we don't get a payrise

I've read some of that Guide entry, but either I'm not yet fully awake, or too stupid, I didn't really understand what I read, and I couldn't spot the 'fake' one
