I've regularly demonstrated my laziness and bossiness here but how did you know I was mean too

They should write in when they're advertising job positions

It does make the job a lot more tolerable

I think whoever has decided we should lose the internet should be made to work a few nightshifts

The people who make decisions never actually "work!" They manage!

You'd think they'd do whatever they could to encourage people to w**k such lousy hours

about once a year a coordinator works a nightshift but they're only middle-management so they still remember what work was like
never see higher management on night shift which is probably a good thing

Thank heaven for small favours

yes, last time I saw higher management she asked me to hang my coat up about 5 minutes before the end of shift

on nightshift we tend to ignore the rules like coats must be hung up, bags must go in lockers, no eating at desks etc

dayshift must feel like schoolpupils sometimes

mind you, there are worse places
there is a call centre in Cardiff run by 1 of our competitors where you have to put your hand up to ask to go to the loo

I had the best idea I've ever had for a story last night...having said that, it was probably still pretty ...if I can get my stuff in gear while I'm on break I might start writing again...

I'm starting to referee a game again next week so I might have to write some stories for that, but they just need to be outlines really
