I've always found history interesting, if others do or don't thats their personal taste and no worry to me
after all I find sport and cars and gossip boring

You must have the same problems as me over finding topics to talk about with other men in pubs. My eyes glaze over when everyone starts to talk about football - but attempts to steer the topic towards literature or history are often considered effete.

we do devote an exceptional amount of our time to and
yes, with most of my male friends I talk about RPGs and computer games, the main things we have in common, although a couple will talk about history and politics
literature just my sister and her tastes a little more populist than me
defnitely eyes glazing over when it comes to football, rugby and cars though
