I was recommended to get one of those personal blood pressure monitors by a kidney specialist. Just befor leaving his office he advised me not to use it after "getting jiggy wid it" as I'd think my head was going to explode.
That comment caused me an amount of erectile dysfunction 
Just what I needed at the start of a new relationship....

Your supposed to put the pressure band around your ARM. If you put it around your erectile, it'll cause dysfunction for sure...even in an existing relationship!

Actually - the guy was a Welsh Git.
