I was here for a little bit on 1999, but on a different account, which I hope has been retired by now; I was 16, back then - still at highschool - and rather, well well, 16. I remember finding the account once, and being quite horrified both by the subject matter and by the spelling/English mistakes.
But I've had this account since winter of 2003, which is quite respectable, I feel.

I suppose we EAFL (English as a First Language) people don't have to worry too much about our sepllnig or Egnlsih as we are natives and can't do anything rong. We just say it's colloquial.

When I joined, I would have had trouble understanding what you said. I unsubscribed from various conversations because they wrote like they talked (some still do), and it was completely incomprehensible to me.
