Time to kick the war forums out.

I'll still check in from time to time...find some intrigueing thing to comment on....but for the most part they are dead.

Its' not altogether a bad thing. The arguements were getting a bit trite.

A great opportunity to hash out differences spoiled by pre-disposed opinions. Thats' the way of the world, I suppose.

In the meantime, #2 daughters' car should be running tomorrow, and my sweet-n-low still ain't got no anthrax in it!

Sorry 'bout bein' so long in getting back Kheldar ....I've been avoiding here for a little bit. Let my nerves settle a bit!

I tend to get a bit overwrought in serious forums!LOL

Has been a while since we've spoke! I'm doing famously, the holidays are approaching and Monsy has it all well in hand....which leaves me with nothing to do but watch and enjoy! I don't know what I'd do without her!!!(not much, I suppose!)

And how is your world? All well on your side of the pond, I hope!?

Luckily I've noticed long ago that getting too caught up in the serious fora was not going to do me any good, so I'll leave those to the Kasteelforum. I'll only do those kind of things here on special occasions, or if I really have to of course

Things here are quite good actually. Still working in Rotterdam, doing a job for IBM, and I'm probably going to do an assignment for the Dutch Postal Services starting in January.

And of course, I got myself a tattoo !!

Personal predisposition seems to make that an impossibility in political fora. Oh well....it was fun for a while...'specially 'LOOnys' penchant for stirring the contents of the lou!!!

Tattoo!? Oh goodness! And may I ask what "mutilation" you chose? I, personally have a killer "Spidy" I'd like to get....but I have a severe fear of needles.....can't imagine myself choosing to get stuck that much!

Of course...and there are always a few serious fora running that I'm enjoying a lot. It's exactly what you say, some others tend to get a bit ugly after a while, and then the discussions's gone, it becomes more of a personal fight. No fun in being there.

My tattoo is a hieroglyph. It's the egyptian symbol for the letter 'H', which is the first letter of my last name. Something like an 8, but with two 'legs' underneath it

As for the needle thing...it didn't hurt at all. I felt it, but it was not too disturbing. Except for a little piece, when he started drawing towards my shoulder, that bit was a bit more sensitive. For the better part though, no problems at all !
