That's Traveller in Time. Bit of a nutcase, but sound as a pound, and always there with some friendly advice. Don't let the and suchlike throw you off.
Reason hardly anyone replies is simply because you don't post in the right places. Add me to your friends list, and I'll get all your journal entries. When you do that, it saves people time and effort. Go for it. Talk a bit at the Clique, and someone's bound to reply.
