h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

I have, as of yet, not decided what I like about Kate. I mean, I know that seeing her in the morning provides ideal eye-candy. She's remarkably easy on the eye - which I consider a good thing at that crack of dawn moment in the day when anything too excessive will more than likely leave you comatose.

Of course, I could be wrong about anything else - I'm certain she has a on-screen persona that doesn't necessarily marry to her real world personality. I'd like to believe she had the same cheery demeanor, with the smiles and the sparkling eyes... but, it can't always be like that.

I saw her reports from Iraq - and you just can't be the same in the middle of a war... you can't maintain that breakfast-time spark. I think I appreciate her for the work she does... as it isn't all sitting around on comfy seats reading the news. She may have done the Oscars, but that probably came as a package after agreeing to spend time in Basra, or wherever they stationed her.

I shall just have to keep watching her and maybe just why I like her will come to me in a flash. It's probably nothing more than lust for the unobtainable! How hormonal of me!
