Every day we walk to a rythem we can not hear, but we know it well. bum bum. bum bum. A heart beats and we walk to the pulse. What we do not listen to in our own body we listen to in others. Lying next to another, listening to their heart, their blood filling their body with oxygen, glistening under the skin. Life. It's there, running constantly. Sleeping. Awake. Eyes closed in silent wonder. A faint memory when they are away.

Close your eyes and listen to your heart. Slow it down. Slow breathing and concentration. The mind wanders. Let go of the sense of sight, let the feeling of your skin fade. Look inside and find that which makes you live, that makes the day bright and the night alive. Find that which you live for. A waking dream. Find yourself in your meaning and give the meaning action and thought.
