1) Be sure to bring an umbrella
2) Keep your eye out for random car accidents, particularly while eating lunch
3) When? Can we make it a reunion? I'm sure DNA wouldn't mind flying out to speak again

Oh, unfortunately I'm due in that *other* big city on Thursday. I wish it weren't so damn far to your place, otherwise I'd rent a car and drive from there to NY after tea with you two handsome gents...unfortunately that would be one ridiculously expensive afternoon, perhaps money best saved for, I don't know, to pick a spot at random, Miami...
