Return to the Moon

President Bush is to announce that the US is to resume space exploration with manned missions to the Moon as a precursor for manned landings on Mars. It will take 'decades' to bring to a reality.
Could this be the beginning of a new and exciting 'space age'. Or just another promise made in election year.
The prospect of the space adventure resumed is fascinating.
