Oh my. I do wonder about people taking legal action like that. Admittedly it would be nice if people only made thigns that are good for you... But if you eat the stuff and get fat, I'm sorry... But it seems to me its your own stupid fault.

That reminds me of the people who tried to sue Mcky D's because it made them and their children fat.
This proves one thing: When you screw up your own health, you're really not responsible. Don't blame yourself for your own actions, blame the nearest corporation and try to get some money for being a complete dumb*ss!
