I was wondering if anyone out there can help me. Sky digital has just billed me £33.70 for porn movies i definatly DID NOT order, I foned & emailed them & as per usual the customer is not always right... Since having sky installed in January of this yr i have had numerous adult chat fone numbers on my fone bills, Internet numbers on my bills before i even had the net or even a pc, I would like to here from anyone who has had similar problems with sky, i think it's time they remembered the customer is always right.

Traveller in Time smiley - tit not having any problems with an Internet Service Provider
"They should give details of the calls, with time and duration, as for delivering 'the service' they claim you have used. The only way to prove you have not been using their 'service' is by proving you are not at home, or could have had any access to the 'service' at the times they claim you have.

As with most of these cases the amount of money involved does hardly make it a case for court or any other independend institution. The only way to convince them you are not using these services would be for you to let them block these services. "

I got my lawyer 2 sort out the fone bill stuff but this £33.70 for porn movies is a joke. I'm a single parent with a teething baby, if i'm not runnin about daft feedin, changin & talkin 2 my wee girl, i'm either on here or sleeping. I dont really watch tv, the music channels are on in the back ground. I mean if i had £33 spare i'd spend it on my wee girl not bloomin porn... do u c my point hun? they didnt even send me a bill to say they where takin all that out, they have really left me skint. (Sorry for the rant hun i'm just so annoyed with the whole sky situation) x

"Still think they should specify exactly what and when you used their 'service'.

Fact is the 'service' of delivering information is new to the law and despite the internet beeing international even local law is not adapted. "
