I'm at home for a few days because it's the Easter holidays.

It was my daughter's thirteenth birthday yesterday, so we took a load of her girlfriends bowling and then off to a nice grown up resturant for a meal. I found it a totally enlightening experience. I couldn't believe it, there were all these thirteen year olds looking at the cocktail menu and joking about orgasms. I didn't think they knew about such things. smiley - yikes They were great fun though, thoroughly entertaining company! smiley - smiley

OMG, the teen years! smiley - monster

My eldest (7) just got her first 'grown-up' hairstyle. I can't even imagine the horror I'll feel when she starts talking favorably about boys. smiley - winkeye

I'll take the terrible twos any day.

Of course, you've got that with the site.... smiley - laugh

I got a bit worried the other day when I was told that Mollie had a boyfriend. But it was okay, apparently having a boyfriend didn't mean you actually had to go out on dates. smiley - smiley Dating is going to be really weird!

I'm worried the girls will bring home guys like me (or at least like I was when *I* was a teenager smiley - yikes).

Of course, my wife worries the same thing. smiley - winkeye

hmm.

In the above post, read 'worried' for 'married'

They are only three letters different...smiley - sheep

Are we going to get an invite to yours then Joanna? smiley - winkeye How long has it been now? Mollie has lots of problems, she's got a metabolic condition and epilepsy and has to take loads of drugs, which make her rather plump, but she's still totally gorgeous and has a boyfriend at school. It just goes to show that it's all down to personality at the end of the day, which is fabulous!

Married and worried ...

...not to much difference then? Just three letters? How about as a mental condition? smiley - winkeye

If and when I do get married (probably not for a few years yet) I'm sure I can find space to invite you smiley - winkeye

It is down to personality at the end of the day - it never ceases to amaze me all these personal ads which ask for someone who's good looking - if you have to put that, no wonder you're not already attached!

Hmm... Lots of people do seem to find marriage worrying...

Congratulations. smiley - bubbly

Mine only lasted 3 years, but it's great for those it works for.
