"Well, one taught me something about calculations.
It seems to be allowed to count down to get the answer this technique is called subtraction.
It goes like this imagine you have sixtyone tomatoes.
One goes to the local grocery. 
Then you end up with:
sixtyone minus one equals sixty (60) tomatoes!
