Hurts, but the back hurts more now. Just waiting to take my next lot of ibuprofen, trying not to take it during the day though and just when I want to sleep.

That's a good way to be with painkillers. If you take them (or too many doses) during the day, they can become a little less effective in the night at gaining you some relief and sleep.
You'll be a little bruised along the entire spine I should imagine, after such a trauma.
Take it easy man, but try to occupy your mind if you can, through the pain; it can help! That sounds like two contradictory statements, but I think it is a fact.

Glad you are on the ment FB, the whole Eurovison was a laugh Terry Wogan was as funny as hell taking the rip out of each song. Going on about 'Granny Bangs the Drum' LOL killed me with laughter.

Well Norway and moldova were my fave songs... I was gutted neither of them won.

I did not hear their entrys as I only realy watched the voting. Well UK was 3rd from last this year. Better than last year when we got 0 points.
