Hmmm Well I have had a pretty good 2004 all things considered.

Good stuff

I have moved house and saved my self a fortune, even if I do miss my old flat smiley - blue.

I have lost just over 2 stone (that is after christmas smiley - winkeye) and now weigh in at 12.

I have learnt how to drive, and purchased a car (what a godsend, I must confess I cannot quite see how I did without it. I have ogne some way toward learning how to repair it, I will make a spanners yet smiley - laugh.

I have also found my true calling in life, being involved as a TU rep is something I love I get real job satisfaction and it is something I would love to continue doing.

No so good

On the negative my Asthma is much worse than it was this time last year.

My studies at uni have not been going to well.

err that is about it.

For 2005

I want to start next year weighing 10.5 stone.

Despite loving music I only went to one gig in the whole of 2004, hoping to rectify that and see more live music.

I have not left the UK for 5 years so I am determined to have a foriegn holiday of some sort.

I want to get good at cooking Thai food.

After several very enjoyable years of Bachelorhood I have decided that I really need to start thinking about settling down and not living the life of riley quite so much.

I want to get through 2005 without loosing my eyebrows again.

Well that is enough for now....

Solution for 2005:

Go to Thailand for 4 weeks
Take a 1 week cookery course in Thailand (my bro did this and said it was fab)
Get food poisoning from your own or others food
Lose a stone from that
Meet a beauty on the beach who will then aid your recovery and ‘tend to your every need’
Eyebrows? (hmm put plasters over both and say you’ve had a head injury diving for pearls- don’t think they do that in Thailand but you could say that you’ve just come from Japan)
smiley - laugh

Sorry laughing at my own jokes.

Hi again by the way

Lots of gongs. Big down to small. smiley - biggrin

Very atmospheric. A good plan I think.I might follow it myself but with a guy (a Paul Nichols look alike - as in latest Bridget Jones movie)

Feel embarrassed now for admiting Briget Jones thing. But.. to make myself feeel better I should say that Hoo came to see it with me (don't spread it about)

Several years ago not long after BJD had come out I was on 'oliday with the family. Toward the end I had read all the books Me, my brother and my old man had brought so I started on my stepmums pile.

Probably because I was on holiday I rather enjoyed it and consequently for some reason thought the film might be my cup of tea. Went to see it on my own at the cinema and you can imagine my disappointment.

Being a bachelor I couldnt even pretend a girlfriend had made me see it smiley - blush....

Oh well...

Well I tried to make a start on rectifying the gig situation by getting tickets for the Tsunami benefit gig, but alas they had sold out. Boo hoo.

Hoo had a good time on his dates too. He het 2 gals he really got on with out of three.
I had 5 or six dates and really got on with 2. Not bad statistics huh?
And it was free for a month when we joined, not sure about it now but it's a very well run site.
Where do you live? That;s the only problem really. Loads of people in London and neither of us live there.
