Yup..thats why ive never been a fool! theres many reasons for things..some things we'll never know the truth of fully. With ghosts ive never never been quite sure what i believe.. some are spirits, but others can be electrical energy causing things to move, some could be time overlaps as it were, some could be residual energy let behind after a stressful incident, some could even be just mental projections, but theres definately 'something' and its endlessly fascinating to ponder on what.
It doesnt matter really..ive stopped now so ...it just wasnt a good day for anyone to turn round n yell at me.. im feeling a bit rundown as it is. off to the docs later to make sure im ok for my op next week..

Thats my point you can't dismiss everything...you have to look deeper at all things.

Nope..
I've just always had a deep feeling that theres 'something'. I was scared of stuff for a long time..especiallly some of my own abilities..but not anymore.

and i always look deeper. just been reading up on the 14 yr old boy the exorcist is based on. very interesting, from a psychosomatic point of view. and his aunt would often do Oja boards with him and teach about the occult. no wonder he was messed up.
life has been found on mars
and venus
and vast chemically warm oceans are suspected to cover Jupiters surface. perfect breeding ground for primeval soup.

When was life found on mars? and venus for that matter?

I think were inclined to believe quickly that theres life on other planets because it means were not alone in such a vast exapanse of space. The supernatural on the other hand..ie anything that 'science' cant easily put a finger on scares many of us so we are quick to dismiss it

To me science is a way of trying to put everything in a box..n if they dont understand it ,it doesnt exist. we cant do that..n its foolish to try ultimately.

Barely a year ago, Mars Odyssey found signs that the planet has reservoirs of underground ice near its south pole.
Scientists at the US space agency (Nasa) estimated there was enough ice to fill Lake Michigan twice.
They said it might be merely the tip of the iceberg and it seems they were right.
New observations by Mars Odyssey and Mars Global Surveyor (another Nasa probe that is mapping the Red Planet) suggest the north pole has about one third more underground ice than the south.
Beneath a shallow crust of dry soil, there appears to be a layer of permanently frozen ground that is up to 75% ice.
"If the conditions were warmer in the past, as they probably were, it may have led to the ice melting to form water which would be much more conducive to the presence of life," says William Boynton, one of a team of Russian and American astronomers behind the discovery.

ok, no life yet but ALL evidence points to a big fat YES to microbial life forms at least. we evolved from water.
serephina, i think that today science is what is dismissed too early and paranormal put in its place. yes it would be nice for there to be some mysterious force we will never understand, but unfortunately, day by day, science is still uncovering secrets and ending myths.
what i mean is, people today seem far too eager to dismiss science so as to keep living the dream of a supernatural world.

oh tut tut. it appears neither of you understand science. it does not do that at all at school maybe, but not in the real world. if something can't be 'easily' explained then more in depth studies are done until it can be explained.

See suggestions yet again...i do believe there is life on other planets...but i think we will not be able to shake hands with them...it'll take to long to get there.
And im glad you said ok not LIFE but theres evidence
I knew what they.ve found on Mars and I know they said they may have been life but it aint there now
