I really intended to comment lots in the AWW today. Really I did. Yesterday too. Six hours stuck in work and hootoo is better than worrying about our continued employment in the increasingly unstable directory enquiries field (no calls coming in y'see). But I've not commented on anything. I tried. I read things. Sometimes I even hit the reply button, then stared at the empty box with an empty mind.
I'm too confused, and scared and it's hard being in work, even if there's no actual work to do. It's scary being around people.
Sorry Jodan, please don't sack me. I'll try again tomorrow.

Speckly, you are doing a fantastic job! Many miners haven't commented in ages. I wouldn't dream of sacking you ... you and Fatty account for a large amount the comments in the AWW.
As far as I'm concerned, take a week off. You deserve it

I read Amber Glory. Another entry that I almost commented on. Several times. I kept returning to it and trying to form ideas into sentances but had to give up. I didn't realise you'd taken it back out. I liked it. I'm sorry, I can't comment more right now, it's taken fifteen minutes to write this much.
Thanks Jodan, but I can't help feeling guilty for not being more involved. It's not just a miner thing. It's a writer thing. I'm supposed to be a writer, I'm supposed to help and support other writers. But it's been so long since I wrote, maybe I'm not a writer any more either.
I shouldn't be trying to make sense when I'm so tired. I should go to bed now.
