something that'll never work for a photo.
table art uses a tiny Guideml table with 1 pixel cells of different colors to create an image. It's usually used only for smileys as a large image could easily be 1000 lines of code or more. Wonko and I both have a program we got from someone else that transforms Bitmaps into them, the basis for CAVE, a dead organization, in which we created smileys a lot.
