and yet it means so much,
to the one who's hurt amd smarting, its like a healing touch.

and when we are truly sorry, we can find that we can send.

Our loving thoughts to heal the wound, to comfort and uplift,
and once we are forgiven, we find we've bridged the rift.

For when we say those special words, that heal, bless and restore,
the barriers come tumbling down, and we are friends once more.

I have a box of treasures, tucked deep within my mind,
And when im blue - i open it, to see what i can find.

Memories of days gone by, the love we always share,
A kindly word - a special place, are things i find in there.

A gentle touch, a passionate kiss, all in my box they lie,
I rummaged through quite happily, then close it with a sigh.

I spoke 2 Margaret on the phone last night,told her that ive been chatting 2 you,she told me 2 tell you that she will be going back on telewest hopefully on wednesday,and she will be coming back on here.
Well its still hot,2 hot 4 me,ive made sure that ive not got no more sunburn,been putting some cream on my face.

Hi Alan,havent had many migraines just lately thank god,as when i go out i wear sun glasses,and that helps me from not getting them.
Its at night time as i dont sleep very well in the summer.

Hi Nat,hope u and the rest r keeping well,hope everything was ok at the docs.
Had a accident on my pushbike,a car clipped my bike on a crossing when he should had stopped at a red light,as the green cycle was on 4 me 2 go the car didnt stop,but im ok only got a cut on my right arm+leg.
Yea Alan told me u went round your m8s.
So how have u been keeping in yourself how is the eye.

Here i am sitting feeling really sorry for myself, cos im in pain
My eye is still sore, and now my mouth is aswell.
I have been the dental hospital today, to get my gums flushed with an antibiotic liquid.
And now its killing me.
They even cleaned my bottom teeth, they scraped, flushed and polished them, all together i had 6 needles.
The docs was a doddle by the way, i had to go and see the well women clinic to get the works, cos the 3 years are up to get everything done, if you know what i mean.
How are you after that accident.?
Hope you are ok.
Some people think that they own the roads these days, what do you think.
How is the bike.?, hope it isnt badly damaged.
Have you heard anything from Margaret lately.?
You will let me know whats happening wont you.?
