The subject of us being Canada's true north came up in conversation yesterday. Someone suggested that it distinguished us from people south of 60. Like "northern Ontario" being anywhere outside Toronto.
Then again with having a term like "Outside" in the Yukon vocabulary do we really need to distinguish ourselves. It's been written that Yukoners are different to people Outside but how would I know?
