mine stems from neck probs n anxiety.... i take stemitil when mine plays up....
i'm wheelchair bound outdoors because of it, well that n me other ailments.... not exactly a picture of health.... lol...

Well i am not far from there.
At a guess i am about 6 to 7 miles away from Fazakerly.
I even guess you could be further than i expected lmao
Yes i have got vertigo and i am on also stemitil aswell weired lol
I also suffer anxiety, i even had a panic attack the other day, and do you know something?
It was horrible i can tell you.
Do you suffer from panic attacks aswell.
Sometimes i have to go on a neck brace to keep my head from jerking, in case i get a fright.
It really depends on how bad it is.
I even have osteo arthritis in me left knee, aswell as suffering from Sciatica.
Oh well i guess i am pill popper lol
I am even on Cyclo Prognova for the menopause
I am on all kinds of vitamins for my menopause, likes of cod liver oil and evening primrose oil aswell as iron tablets and garlic tablets.
I take these every morning, and it bloats me aswell.
I think its the water, what do you think?, cos i drink plenty of it to take all my pills.
I guess you could call me a walking chemist lol
At the moment i am talking to my other half in Kent, on the phone and he says hi to you.
My cousin is in the bedroom watching a film on the video, while i am in the living room chatting on here.

i do suffer the panic attacks hun, yes they are horrible... i feel as if i'm going to choke n black out with 'em, get them pretty regular, don't know why tho....
i've got arthritis throughout my body n spondylitis in me neck n shoulders.... i also wear a neck brace from time to time, uncomfortable in this weather tho.... i take distalgesics for the pain....
i'm also on hrt.... lol... kliovance....

The panic attacks are horrible, i really hate them.
I hate the stupid flushes, especially at night, cos the sheets cling to you, does that happen to you?
I take all kinds of painkillers, it depends on how much i am in pain.
I take the DG's aswell as ibprofen, and cocodomol.
I hate it when i get the pain, cos i dont know what to do with myself.
I always use to say that i will get better one day, but now i dont cos i have been like this for 10 ing years.
Anyway i will go for now, so if i dont hear from you, i wish you a good night and hope that you sleep well.

i do get the night sweats n hot flushes but they'd be worse without the hrt.... obviously the warm weather doesn't help....
to be honest with you i don't take any medication at night, i turn to the vodka... .... lol... it helps me to sleep better.... well my excuse and i'm sticking to it... lol....

i've had all kinds of painkillers but they don't agree with me.... i used to have some really strong opium based ones that helped a lot, then they started to make me sickly so i had to come off them..... not make a druggie would i.... lol.... an alcky maybe.... lol....

I am on the hrt of a morning, i dont take them of a night.
I also have a 7 day free of them, and when i do ing heck do i have them lol
I had them earlier the last time we spoke.
I dont like Vodka i like Tia Maria and Coke, mmmm its the best drink ive ever had in my life
No i dont think you could turn into an alcky lol
When you said of the warm weather ing heck you are not kidding lmao

i only take one hrt a day hun... i meant to say painkillers n the like.... don't take them of an evening if i can help it....
i'm not a lover of tia maria hun, and i can't even think about coke.... yuk.... lol.... my hubby would drink it tho'.... he likes tia maria in coffee too..... isn't it just so bloody expensive tho' these days...... and no-one does a cheaper version of it...... i buy the cheap vodka from asda.... lol... well it works for me.....

Good morning to you, isn't it a beautiful day again?
The only tablets i take at night is my evening primrose oil.
The said it's better taking it at night, cos it works through my body while i am asleep.
The rest i take first thing in the morning.
I feel more alive today, i even have had a bath on my own, now that does make a change.
I only take 1 hrt myself, first thing in the morning.
I try not to take painkillers myself, but i have got to be in real pain before i do take them.
Likes of yesterday, i was taking all kinds every 4 hours, cos my head was creasing.
I dont like vodka, i use to years ago with orange juice in it, but the thought of it now YUCK lol
The ale these days are expensive, especially Tia Maria cos that is £16 a bottle.
I also like Baileys, now that is a nice smooth drink.
I like Guinness aswell mmmmmm
So i did spell your name right lol
Anyway i was suggesting to my self lol that we should do a thread of our own, what do you think, cos we have seemed to have taken over Sal's page.
What do you think?
Anyway im off to go and get myself another drink, then get ready to go out and get some milk.
