Tried counting the syllabubbies but got more than 17. Does this make it an Uber-Haiku? Excellent anyways. It always takes more skill to say more with less, than less with more.

Dear Math,
It's not a haiku, or even an UberHaiku. It was thinking of being a haiku, but it wanted to tell a truth ( and a pun ) which wouldn't easily squeeze into 17 syllabubs, nor even eighteen chocolate mousses. All for the sake of a pun
