Laura Posted Apr 4, 2004
Well it's the holidays and all.
Couldn't carry my laptop on the train, not with everything else I was carrying.

I already had one of those with my boots and shoes in, plus another for my bonsai tree. also had a squash bag full of clothes and my rucksack with books, work and anything else I was likely to need in the next month. Oh, and another bag for money, phone and train tickets.

Got it from freshers fayre in September, though you ca get them at most garden centers (at a price mind, mine was only £8 but at garden centers they're more like £15-20 for the same size).
Be warned though, a bonsai tree is almost a pet in that it requires constant attention.

Hmm, can't remember if it was lunch time or dinner time now.
If dinner, it was Sunday roast, naturally

I can but I didn't, home for Easter and all. My mother's in charge of this kitchen , I just did most the clearing up.

Yes, my mother's very proud of her cooking and doesn't like other people in the kitchen.
Though on keeping out the way of course there's likely to be a complaint on not being available to help.

So when you're there you're in the way, but when absent, you're not on hand to help?
