Just got to work late. Had a bout of insomnia again last night.

im on about my 4th fag already ....maybe i should try an intravenous drip...

Yes that's much better. A quick cig and a can of Lucozade. I'll try and get some Red Bull down me at lunch. That always perks me up. (specially when it's got vodka in )

im quite a scary sight first thing ..just sort of shuffle about making weird noises like et in pain..."mornig mummy" "raaaaaaaaargh" ...lol
till ive had a fag at least...

I'm not too bad. The only problem is, once I'm awake I can't get back to sleep - so if something wakes me up at 4 in the morning, that's it - I'm up and doing stuff!

im being right lazy today..got away to school ,pigged a creme egg n now im all snuggled up again with no intention of getting back up till about 1 at least..
