Baked beans on toast, even though I don't have any cheese in the house, and I get to watch Coro on TV. Eating within 15mins
Or,
Nachos and vege takeaway, plus I'll pick up a nice bottle of red on the way home. Will have to watch Coro later online. Eating within 40 mins.
I'm very hungry.

I'd go for the beans on toast. Perfectly nutritious meal, and I like to eat when I'm hungry!

mmmmmmm beans and eggs.......
one of the best comfort foods ever, and so easy to do.
I like the ham flavoured beans and I add a dash of bbq sauce.

It was a bit inspired. Def an improvement on the beans (luke warm baked beans are not a good idea ).

you don't like eating beans straight out of the tin then Kea? That's one of my (now not-so) secret vices
The mashed apricot etc sounds delicious Apricots are amazing this year in Canterbury - massive crops and really sweet. The apple harvest is shaping up to be a cracker too. And my berries are amazing
Oh blimey.. I love food...

Those would be cold beans though
I bought a whole bunch of apricots thinking I would bottle some, but they're all getting eaten
What kind of berries do you have?

I grow strawberries and raspberries. And there are local boysenberries too, although not room to grow them in my pocket-handkerchief garden.
The blueberries are good this year too

I had a mix of strawb, rasp, boysen and blue with greek yoghurt for my dinner
I haven't seen any blackcurrants hereabouts yet. Must go look....

At least you had the then. That's what they're for: along with toast you have a filling, delicious meal in less than 5 minutes.
