h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

So, I finally decide to write something for my introduction, and even get round to writing a journal entry. H2G2 is still a large, unfamiliar place to me, but I think I will soon be able to pretend I understand it, at the very least.

and don't forget the smileys

use a < at the start and a > at the end to make smileys from the big list (double click on a smiley to go to the list)

e.g. < hotdog > with no gaps would get you but you probably knew that see ya round

Did you say you can make links? How? And can you link to pages outside bbc?

Oh, and one other thing, how do you know when people reply to your messages in the conversations? I only saw you wrote this by chance.
