Yes, in fact, that is the person in the first 'anhaga' picture in Az's gallery, standing there at the corner of the Decumano Massimo and Cardo V.

...and not only do I have some land I would like to sell you in (shall we say) the *lowlands* of Florida but the pictures of it are in fact current even though they are in black and white...

What I find to be particularly humorous is that I'm telling the truth!

What does one do if one wishes to replace on of one's images? Particularly in light of the streamlined system you are considering.

Hmmm.... Perhaps if you post a comment under the one you want replaced with the one you email, I can transfer the new one into the album and remove the previous one.

Since we haven't had people battering down the gallery doors, I wouldn't worry about the number of images.... Actually, we've had plenty of visitors.

I don't actually have any replacements at the moment, but there is one I'm thinking of improving at some point.

My one concern with the direct email method is that I don't actually know who sent an image. It just appears in the album. Given the problems that az has had just with certain people leaving comments, I can see problems with the method.

I have a fair amount of control in that I can activate or deactivate the email feature for albums. However, all that figgling is more time consuming than doing it the way I have.

At this point it is just a thought.

Perhaps for "trusted friends" I can leave an album available, should they need it.

I suspect it would be best to maintain supervision.

Yes, that can be a "problem".
