Oh, Hon! You're probably waxing romantic
It's that time of year when we reflect on our deepest desires, and I figured that I must not be the only person out there who really is a romantic at heart
I'm not one to watch mushy movies, or anything like that. They make me . But, I do relish the thought of having a sweet fantasy or two come true.....

hi Abbi
hi Dragonlady, i'm kea.
my favourite beatles album is Abbey Rd . more of a darker one i think, not for the romantic moods. so i had to go hunt out the old LP to see the track list and its gone (i haven't owned a turntable for 15 years so its taken me a while to notice). must have it on tape somewhere...
boy, you're gonna carry that weight, carry that weight a long time ...
but also
her majesty's a pretty nice girl, and she changes from day to day ...

Hi, Kea
It is nice to meet you
My kids laugh at me when I listen to the Beatles. They call it "old people music"
I call their music "garbage"

Oh I love the Beatles!!! "Old person music" indeed, what a thing to say! The Beatles are timeless, and will always be great. My favorite album is Revolver.

Hi Kea, have you had new year in kiwiland yet?
At the French "bonne annee" do tonight they put on a Beatles track to try & make me feel more "at home"; which was nice of them!

I'm the youngest of six kids. So I'll always be the "baby." I was also very much a premie - I weighed 2 pounds 12 ounces when I was born. I'm very lucky too that I get along well with all my siblings. I went out to dinner with some of them for New Years. Happy New Years!

Even when I was christened, a few months after I was born, I looked more like a little doll than a real baby.

Did U catch Up? Are U relatively healthy? I worked around tiny babies so much the normal size babies always seem HUGE to me!

hi everyone
"old people's music"
i was really into the beatles when i was a teenager. i remember a man a few years older than me telling me that i would grow out of it. he was very sure and a bit patronising. i knew it would never happen
hi Terri. new years day is almost over here (at the start of the world )

Hi everyone- Happy New Year to all of you. It's 4 AM here and I can't sleep. Did have a nap though. What's the weather like in New Zealand and France. It's dark (obviously) here at the moment but by the lack of sound ie the waves aren't crashing and the wind isn't howelling- I think it's warm and calm outside. No snow in the forecast.

forgot to mention- I love the Beatles. I have a close cousin who is 4 years older than myself. Growing up, I thought she was so "cool" because when she was 17 she managed to crash an after concert party at a hotel in Toronto and found herself sitting at the piano with John Lennon- The Beatles first concert in T.O. Now that she is an actress-no surprise- she doesn't have to CRASH parties any longer, she gets invited and it's all so Ho Humm to her. Abby Road is definately my favourite Beatles album. I still have it on vinyl. Remeber "in the end, the love you take is equal to the love you make" K
