people that are physically incapable of using the verb shine properly. Unfortunately that seems to encompass half the western world, including media of all kinds. For some reason this seems to get on my nerves more than many other errors in spoken, as well as written, language. Am I just a freak then? Is it me? Should I start using the this oh so tricky word like everybody else? Is it in fashion? And nobody told me?Careful, your paranoia is showing This is a difficult time for me, and your help in concluding this matter would be greatly appreciated!
