Welll...hello all.
Still living in Fife, but in Kirkcaldy now, which is quite a bit betterthan where I was. Only a few more weeks of summer holiday--you all have such short summer breaks here. We got back from the US last week, had an interesting time, blahblahblah. For actual updates on my life, see my livejournal.
Mostly I'm posting because I've finally accepted that Njan isn't going to hang around here much, that's it's no longer an 'us' community, so I can hang around for my own purposes now. We'll see anyway. 
My first goal is to go and read all of your recent journals, so see you in the comments.

Well, this is just sooooooo cosmic . . . this morning totally out of the blue I thought about you and wondered if you were ever going to come back to hootoo. I don't know what triggered this thought - it was just suddenly there.

Hi T&Y, yeah Nyssa Jr. sounds quite scottish, though in the US she tried so hard to sound american, it was cute. Especially when the rolled r's came unbidden and she got annoyed.
