Codeine is good, but for the real bomb, you need that prescription only kick of Dihydro-codeine.
A friend gave me two for a nasty bout of sciatica before we went to see 'Gladiator'.(he to has sciatica and reasoned it would be safe...) To this day, I swear i saw a totally different film to everybody else...
