There’s a highly fashion conscious ‘surfer dude’ type chap with extremely baggy jeans on strutting around in the library. What he doesn’t realise is that his boxers seem to be succumbing to the effects of gravity in much the same way as his trousers and he’s now the cause of rather a lot of hilarity, and a couple of very interested girls. Bare effrontery!

Now to tell him of the sensation he's causing.

I'd just like to supplement what unc posted by adding:

I'd have to agree, that is a cracking story.

The thing that got me was the fact that this lad/chap was completly oblivious to all the point and that was going on around him.

There was a lad like this down one of the local (actually, the only!) rock club who was wearing baggy trousers with the back waistband half way of not more down his *rse. Showing off his white jockey shorts. We were pee'ing ourselves with laughter especially when one of our more mental friends casually light his lighter under the lads bum. Should have seen him jump off the bench he was on and look all scary and accusing at us lot. Fool, what did he expect?
