where to start set off for morecambe last sat when a van pulled over and the feller who was driving opened up the bonnet and plumes of black smoke came out blocking our vision on the motorway the car in front of me slammed on as did i missing the car in front good job i left 2 car lengths just when i thought how lucky i was and i was just about to get on my way again i heard the screech of tires and a thud my head snapping back then forward . I was able to move mine of the motorway just and get out to survey the carnage and make sure that every one else was ok before the police arrived who was a credit to there force . any way i heard today that it has been written off they have offered me 5 and a half grand which i have already turned down much to there disbelief and so it wrangles on

Now look the accident wasnt your fault they OWE YOU like for like they must come up with either 1 an identical car with the same mileage OR 2 the cash value with an improvement for mileage and condition.

Tell them give you one or the cash for the other and you want a hire car while yu are waiting, and there is whiplash and time off work as you are suffering shock and discomfort and and and...
