I was on another website today were there was forum asking if it was ok for USA to A-bomb Japan in the end of ww2.
There was this one guy that answered;
-"Yes it was fair, absolutely, cruel vicious animals should be killed".
Later he wrote;
-"If any weapon we have at our disposal can save the life of one American life we should use it even if it's nuclear"
-"So now wer'e talking about the value of a human life?"
-"Well, any american is worth more than the b*****d who killed him"
This guy is either very stupid, mental, or just a sad man...

I totally agree, but in reality the A-Bomb didn't kill that many people. Despite being set off at rush hour, it only killed a few thousand instantly and a few hundred thousand in the long run out of millions!!!
The funny thing is, well sad actually, our best technological developments have come during war time! Better palnes during the first and second, better engines during the second etc Makes you wonder, doesnt it!

Yeah, the problem is that the tehcnological advances were only those intended to kill people...
